We do not sell tickets directly. Refunds are handled by the ticketing partner.
GIGconcert is an information partner. If you need a refund, use the official partner refund form.
How Refunds Work
- Fill out the refund form with your order and ticket details.
- After review, the refund is sent back to the original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on the bank and request status.
Main Rules
- The event organizer decides refund eligibility and terms.
- The event day is not counted when calculating refund deadlines.
- Refund amounts may depend on how many days remain before the event.
- Service fees may be non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
- A full refund may be available for canceled or rescheduled events.
- Partial refunds are available only when the partner form supports them.
Special Cases
- For illness-related refund requests, submit documents according to the partner rules.
- If an event is canceled, refunds are processed after organizer confirmation.
